I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed by West Little Rock Glass. They were prompt, courteous, and did an exceptional job.
They sell and they install well. Service or even a return phone call afterwards is horrible. The owner will even say he will call in an hour or two. He won't call in two weeks. Promises to come by and does not show. The employees seem to want to help but the owner is totally out of touch. His attitude about his customers is as bad as I have seen. I spent well over $10,000 with this company and Gavin acts like he never heard of me until I remind him. His people/business skills are terrible.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The owner, Gavin, is a belligerent, angry, unprofessional, man who will sooner gripe the customer out before taking care of you. We dropped off screen windows to be fixed on Monday Nov 7th and called to check on them after a week. They FORGOT about them. Gavin promised to have them ready by the following week. Wife was very rude to my secretary. We were out of screen material. Second time she called was rude again.I gave her the screns we did repair for free. I told her there was three jobs befor hers. Wasnt good enough for her, she was rude again. I was not prompt in ordering there material for the last screen. I apoligize. I never write reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a business so I will be posting this everywhere possible online. I recently purchased a beautiful antique vanity with a mirror that was intricately cut. It was broken during the move; however, there was a large piece to use as a pattern. We took it to WLR glass. First, they threw away our pattern piece before cutting the new mirror. Next, they carved the new mirror freehand and glued it to the vanity. We strive for perfection in a not so perfect world. This job was cut and finished to the customers specifications in a timely manner. We love what we do here. After the mirror was finished she returned w a piece of wood never seen before. Refused to pay for the first mirror.
