I’ve been attending Jerome’s hot yoga class for a few months, and my lower back pain has improved tremendously! The class is fantastic for stretching, as well as building overall strength and flexibility. It’s not as intense or as hot as a traditional Bikram class, which I actually prefer. As an added bonus, the studio is spotless and free of the unpleasant odors I’ve experienced at other hot yoga studios. Overall, it’s a great class in a welcoming, clean environment!
I ve been going to West Linn Holistics for 7 months, ever since I decided as an experiment, to treat my healthy, but definitely older (!!), muscles and joints to one massage a month. What a great choice I made! Amanda at WLH is a very gifted massage therapist. She's insightful and resourceful in addressing pain from old injuries, so I don t keep carrying them about.
