Ms West is a great attorney. She is the ultimate professional. Prepares excellent research and analysis. Formidable litigator. If you need an experienced Labor and Employment attorney, this is the firm to hire.
Whoever I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. When I posed a reasonable question about the initial consultation fee the person then identified there self as the attorney and became even more defensive instead of professional.
After my representative was no longer available to represent me, I had to quickly search for a new attorney with the qualifying credentials who would understand and do their best to win my case. I quickly discovered Attorney West on the internet, which she was extremely familiar with MSPB that was needed to move forward in the next process of this matter.
