I contacted this law office and set up a consultation. Everything went smoothly, until I began inquiring more about my case. Despite her client packet stating that phone calls and messages will be returned within “24 hours at the very latest.” I sent 2 messages days apart. Still no response to either question. I give it another week and send a 3rd message and it seems we were never on the same page to begin with. I knew absolutely nothing about my particular legal process and I was very nervous and losing sleep. Nyasha has the patience of Job and broke everything down in laymans term. We had Zoom calls and emails- with actionable steps or just to check in. My process took about 3 months but it didnt seem that long and everything worked out in my favor.
