Feel compelled to share my experience. I brought my wheel in for my ebike because I had a flat. I had the exact same work done two weeks earlier and with taxes came to $51. Upon leaving fall charge I noticed I was charged $85. With a mysterious shop supplies fee at $12.99. That price seemed like usually high so I went back to the shop where the employee or owner profess to me that yes he did overcharge me because he didn't use any shop supplies but it is common to have a shop supplies added to any service. We can’t say enough good things about Trevor. We went in today to have a “look” I had no intention of buying a new Ebike today, we’ve been looking for awhile. We asked some questions and Trevor was an endless wealth of information. His customer service is on point. He really listened to all of our questions. He encouraged our test rides… was moving seats and bars to get the fit just right. We went to every bike store in Kelowna and West Kelowna and we chose full cycle. Trevor in West Kelowna District listened to our needs and matched us up with bikes that were perfect for us. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. We watched him interact with many people that came and went, and he was always attentive to everyone’s needs in a very professional and polite manner. We are thrilled with our bikes and we highly recommend full cycle in West Kelowna, and also Julian in Mission was awesome as well.

Bought a couple bikes for my wife and I from Trevor this week. He was super knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions, helped us try multiple bikes until we found the perfect ones for us. Overall he was fantastic to deal with! AIMA Big Sur Sport e-bikes are what we went with and very happy with them. Lots of great options but the smaller fat tire rode so nice we were sold! 5 stars!

Came in to ask for some disc brake spacers for traveling with my bike. Trevor not only gave me some great advice, but generously supplied me with several free of charge. Awesome!
