Overall happy with the service I received as a patient.
I have recently moved to this Doctors surgery after having years of poor care at another surgery. I can not fault the care. It is the first time I have felt listened to, not rushed and genuinely recieved the care I should have years ago. Everyone is so welcoming, appointments are easy to get and the place is clean and accessible.
What a huge contrast to Friary House Surgery. Friary House Surgery needs to be the subject of a serious investigation. Their constant gaslighting and dumping their patients on 111 & A & E must be costing lives. Now to West Hoe Surgery. Deciding I needed to be with a proper GP surgery after recently suffering a serious health incident, this surgery is like a breath of fresh air.
