I should have written this review long time ago. West Hill Homecare provides excellent care for their residents. I was there everyday during the renovation of the garage. Elvie is very professional and her caregivers were attentive & friendly. The place is very good & clean plus the yard is huge which is good for relaxing on summer. I would not hesitate to recommend West Hill Homecare for your loved one.
The staff is friendly, compassionate and professional. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of residents. The home is cozy, welcoming, and always clean.
Very beautiful floors all appliances upgraded all the rooms are redone the staff goes beyond the Call of Duty to help the clients.
Patient care is top priority, care staff are experienced and professional, place is well maintained to give the utmost hygiene needed for not only the residents but staff and visitors as well. Meals are specifically personalized to keep up with each resident’s medical condition as per doctor’s order. A perfect place to entrust your love ones for the care needed for them; in order for you to have peace of mind.
