if you even get them to pick up the phone, they are utterly useless and tell you to try another service that's not in their catchment area!!

They can't really help you with any legal service unless it's criminal offence...Tried to get advice on family matters and they gave me a lawyer who spent an hour with me on the phone just to let me know at the end of the conversation that he can't help me and referred me to other services that couldn't help me either...Waste of time
