Great Hospitail Rest Home for my mum. We are well informed of my mum''s progress, staffs there are friendly and helpful, and keep us informed of the patient's situation all the time. My mum never had any complaints about the services she received, so we are happy with them. Thank West Harbour Gardens!

My mother has a room with a sunny aspect that opens out onto gardens. The majority if the staff are helpful and caring, and they keep me up to date with any issues that mum has had. It's an older facility that was looking tired but thanks to recent work is now fresher and updated. I also find that the manager is very responsive to feedback.

If you love your family elders AVOID This facility.my mother in law was admitted to this place and suffered shocking clinical care which resulted in her passing way to early aged 84 years. AVOID

My mom is happy staying at West Harbor Garden residential care. She believes it's the best rest home ever—the care staff are incredibly attentive and caring, showing so much love to all the residents. Mom also enjoys the food here; she's gained weight after just one month. We're confident we made the right choice in placing mom at West Harbor Garden residential care
