My mother has a room with a sunny aspect that opens out onto gardens. The majority if the staff are helpful and caring, and they keep me up to date with any issues that mum has had. It's an older facility that was looking tired but thanks to recent work is now fresher and updated. I also find that the manager is very responsive to feedback.

If you love your family elders AVOID This facility.my mother in law was admitted to this place and suffered shocking clinical care which resulted in her passing way to early aged 84 years. AVOID

Lovely place, care givers are nice, the food is tasty, overall it's good rest home.

My mom is happy staying at West Harbor Garden residential care. She believes it's the best rest home ever—the care staff are incredibly attentive and caring, showing so much love to all the residents. Mom also enjoys the food here; she's gained weight after just one month. We're confident we made the right choice in placing mom at West Harbor Garden residential care

If I could give negative stars I would… Never ever send your family here for care (or lack of) I have tried on numerous occasions over the past years to resolve this without going public but they bury their heads in the sand and add interest to a bill they feel they can charge for, this bill was in dispute and I’m sure you would agree that you also wouldn’t pay a bill for someone uncared for like this Their management is atrocious and care of patients is disgusting, images can be provided to back this up from how we found ou... read more
