After a tough experience at a previous daycare, finding West Glades Montessori was a huge relief. Initially, I was very happy with the school and had a great relationship with the director, Ms. Christina, since my first son attended. However, my experience with my second child, Milan, was concerning. In November, he was released outside ALONE in the parking lot by an assistant teacher, Ms. Betty—something I only learned about two months later from DCF.
