Not amazing
I was in the area so I stopped in here to change a $20 bill for a couple rolls of quarters but since I don't have any accounts with them they wouldn't do it. This has to be the DUMBEST policy I've ever heard of.
Forget this stupid bank. I am in Omaha for work and need change to do my laundry. HyVee didn't have it so I went into this bank. All I needed was a roll of quarters. Since I am not a customer they wouldn't give it me. I had 5s, a 20, 2 10s but my money was no good.

Marcus helped me set up an account here. He was polite and professional, and based on other reviews of this bank, this branch seems to have the customer service and amenities necessary to keep one coming here. Only reason I did not leave 5 stars is because of certain little things like having to press the intercom just to enter the lobby (I understand security concerns but I have banked at places that don't have this feature) or other minor stuff that doesn't really affect the bottom line.
