The owner, Joe, is well, WELL past where he should be running this business, let alone interacting with customers. I had an antique rocking chair repaired and recovered there last year--it took over 10 months for it to get done, despite calling several times to check-up/remind him of the job, only to be told the fabric I had chosen had not come in yet.
