Locally owned and operated, we have been serving Richmond and the surrounding areas since 1982. We started as a small trophy company in a 1200 square foot store and have grown to be one of the largest bowling, billiard and trophy retailers in Virginia. We offer a complete line of billiard tables and accessories, bowling equipment and a complete line of awards, plaques and trophies. Would give zero stars if possible. Don't go here unless you know the owner or have lots of money. Went in for a bowling ball drilling. No one in the store but me. Was told it was a 15 - 20 minute wait. A "regular" walked in and the counter person talked to him for 20 minutes about pool tables, while the guy was calling a friend about pool table covers. After 20 minutes I took my ball and left. Wife and kids waiting in the car the entire time. What a terrible experience.
