Disappointed. I purchased a pair of skate ski boots on sale online. I got an email confirming the sale. The store didn’t send them and didn’t follow up. I reached out a week later. The response was an inventory error. Still waiting on a refund three business days later.

These guys are incredible! They helped me out when I was in a bind and had my bike ready to ride. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from West End Ski and Trail. They also helped us out with snow shoes and trail recommendations when we visited during the winter.

I was highly skeptical of a perfect 5 star review when searching for a local bike shop, but heavens, this visit was an excellent experience. I was greeted by Jess, and provided the team with specifications, which was a bike that could reliably commute Marquette County. They had excellent knowledge of not only their inventory, but the required specifications as well, and pointed out a rather fine used option at a price that had me staring.
