My mother was referred to this clinic by her physician to do 6 sessions of government covered physiotherapy. On multiple occasions her session has been cut short to 10 minutes. One time because they didn’t want to “strain” her with more than 4 low impact exercises and the second time because I admittedly was late by 6 minutes due to their outdated and unsafe elevator taking more than 5 minutes to deliver us to the clinic. Very good service.
Beware: elevator unsafe and very complicated. Physio is on top floor so most physio people need elevator. There is no wall in the elevator on the door side. You get exposed to a moving wall as you go up/down. I am filing a city bylaw infraction claim this is unsafe and doesn't meet code.
My experience here was nothing but successful. Mobility improved, pain reduced significantly and strength in my knees allowed me to enjoy activities more. Instructions were clear both there and for doing my exercises at home.
