I was referred to Cathy and Yin Studio by a friend when I was pregnant with my first baby. I hadn't had accupunture before and was unsure of what to expect, however had heard it was good for pre-birth and labour preparation. I started going weekly around 35 weeks pregnant and found it beneficial to relax and get prepared for labour.
