Don’t make the mistake of buying furniture from West Elm (ordered from the cherry creek location). They will deliver a faulty product and leave you with zero recourse. Spent $5k on a couch/chair and it showed up not only stained but with a missing part. Have talked to multiple customer service reps only to be told they have no idea when they can send the missing part but that it will be several weeks (after originally saying 4 days in order to get us to sign off on the delivery).
