I had an outstanding experience at the West Elm in Salem! The store is beautifully organized, making it easy to explore different styles and find inspiration for every room. Beautiful store and associates were very helpful. They didn’t have a couple of the swatches I needed but they were able to order them to be delivered to my house for free. Will definitely be coming back to this location

The customer service is absolutely unhelpful and probably one of the rudest we have come across. We were mislead to believe that there was a sale in the store from a marketing email we received, but the store guys were clueless and were absolutely unapologetic about the mess up, and even tried to convince us that we were in the wrong. I made an appointment for in-home design services and received a call from Patrick after they were supposed to be there that they needed to cancel. Patrick told me they would call back that day to reschedule but never did. I called the store 3 days later and spoke with someone else to be told they’d call right back. It’s now 3 days later. Great job selling your product!
