Absolutely no customer service. Paid for the item in full and still no furniture 2 months later.

Worst shopping experience of my life! Nothing worse than this! A chandelier carpet coffee table was selected for payment in the store, and a very rude employee came to stop the payment, saying that the manager was saving the table for special guests! Please note that no payment has been made and no deposit has been paid! Tell me they will call the next day after they make sure the EVA don't want to BUY ! It's a big joke!
We've always love the things in West Elm. We bought a chair and a floorlamp from the Chatswood store and the lady helping us was very lovely and answered our questions patiently ( I think her name's Jane). The only issue is they do not stock most of the items you see in their store and there's no option for them to bring the items from the warehouse to the store for collection.
