This is the best WE out of the two. The staff are friendly but not intense. You can tell they like their jobs and are happy to help. There is an older gentlemen that works there, he is Asian/Indian/maybe Sri Lankan heritage, he is the sweetest kindest human being on this earth. I wanted to buy everything just so I could spend the day with him. He is so friendly, helpful and wants to make your shopping experience easy. I have bought so much furniture from here. Including a very expensive floor lamp I bought 5 years ago that stopped working, and there is nothing they could do as the lamp comes from North America and the lamp is no longer manufactured. Really disappointed with the quality and lack of any after care service. ADVICE: Don’t bother spending so much money on things that don’t last!
Very good quality Furniture. Made to a very high standard. You know the wood is high quality as when you open the drawers on my chest of draws they smell so good. The only place I buy my furniture from now 10/10. I love West Elm
