Great shopping experience in West Elm! After going from shop to shop, we found what we were looking for, and at a very fair price. Trisha was extremely helpful and friendly, she made our shopping experience. She even helped in finding a courier who could deliver that day. Everyone else was also very friendly. I’ll gladly shop there again!!

Recently bought a couple of pieces of furniture. Called and spoke to Trish on both occasions. Had a couple of specific questions/issues and she was a tremendous help. I always find the West Elm staff friendly and supportive. Could not be more impressed and grateful to Trish for her patience and the support she gave with my purchases. Great products too.
