Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Fatima and Elia were amazing!! Went above and beyond to be helpful.
The Delivery team yelled at me while I was 9 months pregnant for not having anyone to help me with delivery of the couch. So they took it back with them without even discussing it with me as they said it doesn’t fit in flat hallway. I will never buy anything from this store again. It took us 2 months to get our money back.
Wet good items. It a bit expensive
Great shopping experience in West Elm! After going from shop to shop, we found what we were looking for, and at a very fair price. Trisha was extremely helpful and friendly, she made our shopping experience. She even helped in finding a courier who could deliver that day. Everyone else was also very friendly. I’ll gladly shop there again!!
