This is a great furniture store.
If I could give them zero stars I would. If the item is in stock at their store go ahead and buy it. But if you have to order the item just go somewhere else. I paid for my item almost 4 months ago. They delivered half of the product but said there was a shipping error so now they have to order things again. Which will take another two months. I love the products & the staff at the Calgary store. But they never actually have what I want to view before I buy & when I do order anything the initial delivery date is never met. I usually receive an email with a revised delivery date 6 months away. It feels like they don’t actually have the products they sell. Currently waiting for curtains I ordered August 1st with an initial delivery date of August 11th. As an Interior Designer, this location has been nothing short of awesome! They always make sure I'm taken care of and any issue that has popped up has been resolved by working closely together with the team! Very impressed by the Calgary store! Thanks for all your hard work!!
