Absolutely rudest staff ever. No staff to help to I used one of their computers then a staff kicked me off of it. Terrible store
Love West Elm! The store is beautiful, friendly staff and the merchandise is good quality and well priced. I have made numerous decor purchases as well as furniture. One of my favorite places to shop. : )

This review is not for the West Elm store in Calgary, AB. The website doesn't allow any reviews, so I am sharing it here. I had a very bad experience with their Silky TENCEL™ Sheet Set I ordered a couple months ago. The color faded away after the first wash and some spots lost more color, making the bedsheets look very ugly. They didn't even retain their silk touch. I followed the wash (care) instructions to the T but still ended with that result. Poor quality. Not worth the price at all.
