Ordered several pieces of furniture a few months ago. It was delivered on 7/10 and while I signed off on delivery I didn’t fully inspect a marble dining table. While I realize marble has markings this table has many red streaks which should not be there. I called the store within minutes of delivery and spoke with Ray. I have shopped from this story many times but latest experience was very disturbing. I walk into the store while I was greeted all three associates were too busy chatting by the register rather then doing their job. And when asked a question, the male associate was overly high-and-mighty with his responses, so I walked out saying, ‘I’ll just order online.
The people who work in the store lied to us about the delivery date and delivery process told us we would have our furniture in 3 weeks but the communication between them and the company warehouse is very wrong because they said it’s gonna be months and the warehouse told us that the employees regularly lie about delivery dates and processes to make sales
