Absolutely appalling experience with West Elm Chadstone. I purchased a vase in-store, only to have it leak and cause damage to my $500 coffee table. At no point during the sale was I advised that the vase wasn’t watertight — no signage, no tags, no verbal warning from staff. After contacting West Elm to report the issue, it took them over 3 months to even bother replying. Super happy with my purchase. Delivery guys were super helpful and friendly set up the bed and left the place clean. I think the did make life a bit hard for my interior designer with their registration but ended up all good
Check your furniture before the delivery team leaves! I bought a bed from West Elm about a year ago, and within six months it started creaking and became unstable—worse than any budget furniture I’ve owned. After inspecting it, I found that 4 out of 12 bolts were never installed, and none of them had the spring washers that are shown in the manual.
