I had to jump on and write a positive review for this company after years of what can only be considered disappointing customer service, their HR department has finally done something good! I was helped by a lady called Aloe who could not have gone out of her way more if she tried. She was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I have never had great service in this store (or that of Pottery Barn) to be quite honest but things are looking up! I will definitely go back when stock is available.
Terrible customer service by them & their customer service online mob. Worst ever experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with both the delivery and customer service. The delivery driver refused to assist in bringing two benches to our apartment and was prepared to leave them in the lobby. When my wife, who is pregnant, explained her situation and requested assistance, the driver reluctantly agreed to only take the benches to the lift, offering no further help. Carol, Angelique and Kate at the Chadstone store made our experience SO pleasant. They went above and beyond to deliver the best service and outcome for our situation. They each met us with beautiful big smiles and we left feeling truly impressed. I haven’t had customer service like this in a LONG time. We were interested in a product, checked online it was on special on their AU website. showed it to a staff - to confirm being on sale, she had to check their system (FAIR), "IT WAS" she said, then asked us to stay in the store to make sure they had it in stock , they had 2. So paid for the products, however requested her to hold on to them for a bit since we were not finished shopping.
