If you are going to order and pick up in store it seems that they are currently understaffed. I tried to pick up yesterday after 7:30 p.m. and was told to come the next morning. When I called the next morning they are telling me to wait until 1:00 p.m. so they'll have enough staff available to help in the warehouse because everyone's busy with a customer. Go somewhere else. Not worth the headache. Over 2 months and still no furniture. You call and it gets you nowhere. I took out a West Elm credit card w Capital One and am being charged interest and late fees for furniture I dont even have yet!
Lovely store and fantastic associates.
Great customer service from Keisha, comfortable couches and sturdy. Bought one for our living room and look forward to keeping for at least 7 years.
