Not great customer service and they won’t take you seriously. I was disappointed in the lack of attentiveness when trying to do the in home design consultation.
their 3rd party delivery service is trash. It charges 200+ dollar for delivering a amazon quality table. priced 600 btw and won't arrive until 1 month past the expected delivery date. My last time using this trash.
We had a very poor encounter with an associate who claimed to be store manager. She refused to give us her last name falsely claiming that it was store policy. We ended up returning what was purchased and they refused to credit the shipping charges even though we never received the item. Will never go back to this store again. Dishonest and unprofessional.
This company uses a third party delivery company that is completely useless. We ordered a coffee table from them a month ago which arrived at their distributor less than two weeks after the order. We still have not received our order. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 9-9 and never came. Now they say it will be delivered tomorrow which I have zero confidence in.
