The details of my experience with this store are TOO Long. Suffice it to say that I will NEVER shop here again. It came across in the end that it was MY FAULT for the issue.
Absolute mess of retailer. Placed an order for a damaged chair. Waited for 9 months. It never came. After a lot of back and forth, they said I have to come into the store to buy the replacement. They promised a refund to my card. Never got it. Instead, several days later, they sent some store credit card, which I didn't ask for. Seems like the multiple agents I talked to don't talk to each other, lots of confusion. Never shopping here again.
They have some nice selections, but there were a few things I saw online that weren't displayed in the store. The customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. Everyone spoke, but nobody really tried to assist us. Overall, it was a lackluster in store experience, but I may still buy what I saw online.
