Everyone was super helpful
Their logistics organization is a mess and completely dysfunctional. They charge you $85 for delivery for a carpet. The carpet arrived at their warehouse an hour away from where I live on 2/13 in the morning. We are 2/19 and it’s still there, with no updates and a delivery date still set to 2/14…
The details of my experience with this store are TOO Long. Suffice it to say that I will NEVER shop here again. It came across in the end that it was MY FAULT for the issue.
