This company uses a third party delivery company that is completely useless. We ordered a coffee table from them a month ago which arrived at their distributor less than two weeks after the order. We still have not received our order. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 9-9 and never came. Now they say it will be delivered tomorrow which I have zero confidence in. The first sales lady I talked to was quite rude but I’m glad I didn’t leave because Claire ended up helping me pick out a beautiful ceiling light and saved me from a toddler-induced meltdown 🥴
