Terrible customer service at the Bondi store and the products are very cheaply made.
West Elm sells cheap, poorly made products at luxury prices. The materials feel flimsy, the finishes are sloppy, and nothing about their furniture justifies the cost. It looks and feels like dollar-store quality dressed up with a fancy label. Their customer service is equally disappointing — unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic respect. They don’t listen, they don’t help, and they clearly don’t care. West Elm is all marketing and no substance. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.
Do not order from this company. Horrible customer service. We ordered a chaise lounge that took 14 weeks to make. When it arrived, it was constructed incorrectly. Now we are seeking a refund and West Elm are simply refusing to respond to requests and a return/pick up. Plus the colour we ordered is no longer in stock. In addition, West Elm has been holding our money for months now due to the pre-order. Looks like we need to go to consumer affairs for a simple return and refund.
Dont bother ordering anything ... their customer service is shocking and the delivery company just cant be bothered to deliver the furniture
