Absolutely would not recommend this place. We bought a table that ended up being defective. We had to bring the entire piece back and the only way to get a replacement was to pay shipping on a new one. Ate up a big chunk of our weekend doing West Elms work of making sure their pieces weren’t broken. Go literally anywhere else but West Elm.
Incompetent and rude staff.
I bought a planter that was online. Great place to get high-end items.
Store associates are rude here. I would not recommend shopping here. I came in to buy a chair and was not approached for the 30 minutes I was in the store. I went to the back computer to look at a chair in a different color and got barked at by an associate for using the computer. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had a good experience with the staff- they get bad reviews for a reason.
