Shop at West Elm in Charlotte NC, then having moved to Tampa area was going to shop at this location... but after reading the reviews I fear too big a risk if there is an issue. Reviews matter! (My rating is based on reviews of issues, nothing else, as I decided against visiting the location).
Employees at this store are very friendly! Store itself is quite compact but there is a good selection.
