Ordered online, May 15th, will not be to get my 3 items till mid July. Website delivery dates are not transparent. While one item (the one I needed most) says it could be shipped by end of May, the other two items are not shipped till July. West Elm won’t deliver until all three items are at their warehouse. Would have never ordered if I knew this would happen. After reading Complaints I was compelled to post my experience. I’ve been to the San Antonio store many times to day dream which evolved into planning and after a year I finally made my sofa and sofa table purchase. Every clerk was helpful and excited along with me in the process and their clerks have a diverse ethnicity so not sure why anyone would feel that would come into play?
