If I could give this place ZERO stars! I made an appt last week for a virtual session. I waited until my appt time. I never got a link. I called the store wondering what’s going on with my appt I was on hold for 10min. The girl said she is “busy”. That she maybe can in 1hr. And then she proceeds to send the zoom link and not even get on. Never called to tell if they needed a different time. Been waiting at my computer. Do not go here highly unprofessional. Customer service sucks!!!!
Staff is always so kind and not pushy to sell anything. They always offer to hole your items for you at the front and this store is always very clean and has most items always actually in stock! I love to come here for all my dinnerware.
Bad experience overall, No inventory, misleading sales tag on things apparently not on sale, also shipping cost for store to store shipping. How can you charge me to ship within your neighbor store because you don’t have the item in inventory. They required a Physical ID required to log into points account (what’s this about). They clearly had a sales tag on multiple areas specifically where an item that we grabbed was at and when he scanned it he said oh it’s not.
