Pretty awful customer service. The sales representative couldn’t answer any of our questions, and generally didn’t seem interested in selling us anything. They also didn’t have samples of several of the fabric options we were interested in. I felt like I had to carry to conversation in order to drive the sale forward. We did not make a purchase. The stuff they have in the store seems nice though.
For some strange reason they do not greet you or acknowledge you when you walk in. Please say "Welcome to West Elm, I am xxxxx. Let me know if you need help with anything". That's all. Once I found out my assistant was Kayla she is super nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ask for Kayla.
I’m not sure if the product delivery times are the issue with poor ratings but my experiences with this store and staff have been wonderful. We decorated the majority of our house with West Elm and partner products with fabulous results. Melissa provided great design recommendations, patiently searching for the best options available. The staff have always greeted me promptly upon entering the store and I’ve never felt neglected. This store will continue to be my “go to” for home furnishing needs.
