Recently took a trip to KC and wanted to check out this furniture shop but was literally unable to enter due to the religious protesters out front. They make it impossible to enter without screaming in your face and showing you photos of violent religious themes… I recommend shopping elsewhere until this issue gets resolved.

PSA Honestly, worst customer experience for in-person shopping. I bought some items for my own house, I typically buy for clients and staging at WE online. I used West Elm for clients in the past and recently started shopping again. Accessories and gifts mostly. The holiday season was around and went to get things for my own house. I bought 12 short and 12 tall everyday green glasses and a $75 candle for myself, and some cushion covers for work. Went to this store yesterday. It is beautifully displayed with many things I wanted to buy. But best of all was the help I got from store manager, Mindy. Mindy helped me figure out what bedding would look good in my bedroom and took time to print out all the options we discussed for me to take home and review. Wonderful customer service.
