Online ordering has been awful. Clearly they don’t care about negative reviews but here I go…. Ordered something that had missing pieces for installation. Customer service says “we’ll send a new one once they receive the first one at the warehouse…”. To count the missing pieces that aren’t there?? Several days later they are sending the new one. Haven’t received it. Meanwhile I stop into the store to see if I can expedite the process. They’re friendly but have nothing to offer. No stock, no ability to help. I’m told by the s... read more

Can’t believe you need a BUYER BEWARE notice on a notable plaza store, but here we are. As you might expect, West Elm is not cheap. For the price, you expect quality items and service. We received neither. Our saga started out when we bought a set of table and chairs. The chairs were delivered before the table, and seemed fair quality at the time. More on that later. $1600 chair delivered today. My cat was just sitting on it and jumped down. Left scratch marks. So I guess this chair will look like crap in just a couple of weeks.
