Fantastic service. Super friendly, helpful and dedicated staff. We felt welcomed and unbothered while shopping while receiving the assistance and customer service expected for the price point. We received a great deal on a dinning set and were able to take it home same day. The staff wrapped the items for us and helped us load the dinning set into our vehicle. I have visited this location often. The employees were really kind and friendly. I went looking for particular items. They did not have them in store, but gladly ordered them to be shipped to my home.
1 star is not for this particular store. It is for West Elm's shipping and customer service. It's been 10 days since placing my order and the status is... Preparing to ship. Customer service cannot explain why. This is not the first time I've had an issue with the shipping. And they charge your credit card before they ship it
The free design services made visualizing and purchasing a breeze, however some of their software has not been updated. The ottoman I ordered based on the picture printed out for me was not what I received. It was supposed to have rounded edges, but the one I received has completely square ones. They said that was the older model and the software isn't all updated, so basically oh well live with it. Also, the couch I got was different then the one I sat in in the store.
