BEWARE! If I could give this store zero stars I would! My partner and I fell in love with a Harris Petite Chaise Sectional couch and we chose a fabric and color that was not in stock. We bought the couch on November 8th and we were given an estimate ship date of January 22. We were told by assistant manager of the Providence, RI store, Russell Howard, that we would not be billed until the couch was ready to be shipped. He completely mislead us.
