The Providence West Elm is a terrific version of the genre!!! The store is beautifully done, a wide & changing variety of merchandise! I randomly went in and found a chair that I wanted for my next project! Beautiful and comfortable, I was excited! But, the tag is misleading. It states that there are all options in other available materials, A, B, C, D, E catagories. But, that is NOT accurate. Purchased a duvet cover 3 months ago. It is all pilled and is just not made well. They do not stand behind their products, have a 30 day return policy. Go elsewhere for better quality! I should have read all the reviews before purchasing clearly they aren't a high end store
Careful with the difference betwen the barcode sticker and what they charge...i purchased a bathmat and was charged a completely a different price. I assume the cashier peeled off the sticker and scanned the underlying barcode instead. I didn't notice the price until after I got home and looked at the receipt. Shady.
