Go to the store!!! The website is great but the in store experience is so much better! After feeling the quality of the furniture, I ordered a great dresser and night stand. Delivery was fast and professionally done!
No customer service !! You walk in no one greeted me .Then I go up to a table near the back and everyone on their computers with work I guess . I had to ask if they worked there . I get my bag didn’t even ask for ID . They didn’t know if it was me or not .
This is the last time ordering from West Elm. Our first piece (media console - $2100) was damaged. The store where we bought it from (Richmond) does not handle returns. They told us to keep it and it would be replaced, but that they could not help us -- we'd have to call customer service. We called customer service only to have to hold for 20 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at West Elm. After spending a ridiculous amount of money on a full living room set, I expected much better service and communication. It has been months, and I still have no idea where my furniture is. Nobody seems to have a clue about the status of my order, and the lack of updates is frustrating.
