Nice store and beautiful display, but the quality of the items I bought was disappointing. The chair I purchased started peeling easily, especially the brass material, and the plates don’t seem very durable—they scratch pretty quickly. The designs are nice, but the quality doesn’t really match the price.
I used to love visiting this store to buy small decorative items for my living room wall shelf, bar cart, or simply to browse. However, the employees have become extremely rude and unhelpful. They seem to be stuck behind the counter, engaged in conversations with each other, and never bother to come over and offer assistance.
Awful experience. Ordered a bed in Dec2024, Waited til June 2025 for delivery, came missing a footboard. They took it back and reordered another footboard. They attempted delivery again Nov 7, but then up and cancelled the day before saying something was scratched? They ended up RE-rescheduling the delivery again for Nov 21 and guess what! NO FOOTBOARD. Despite me specifically confirming with customer service every step of the way that I would be receiving a full bed and having two separate order numbers with tracking. Someh... read more
