The team at West Elm was super helpful in finding the right table for our kitchen. They even had it ready for pickup when I came by to grab it! Top notch service!
Ordered a wooden dining bench for $500 last fall and the delivery has been delayed twice. Now they are saying June and the lady on the phone says this happens all the time and some people never get their furniture. That was my first and absolute last purchase from West Elm.
Super nice staff at this location. Helped us finalize on a wedding present.
Have bought all of our furniture here over the years. Spend a little more and get construction/industrial strength stuff that holds up forever.
