Absolutely horrible experience, hope you don’t have a problem with West Elm. Worst experience I have ever had with any purchase.
I visited this location with my daughter yesterday. It will definitely be the last time. First of all, we had a return and the sales associate said “I’m not doing this. Let me get somebody else to do it.” Ok, wasn’t sure what to think? Then, I was looking at the comforters and I found one in a color I’ve been looking for. It was tossed on the shelf randomly as I’m sure someone else also looked at it. The same sales associate came up to my daughter and I and said “I’m going to kill you!
