Christine is SO amazing! She was so helpful today as I was shopping and even offered to have me pull up my car so she could personally load my items. What a gem, such wonderful service. I was so impressed!
My wife and I walked into West Elm (at City Place) to purchase a table we had seen on line. The staff was courteous and very friendly. A few weeks later the table arrived; it had a scratch on the table top. I called customer service. They were quite apologetic and set up a date for their delivery people to pick up the old table and replace it with a new one. NO HASSELS! Their men came on time, replaced the table. All is good. West Elm is a great place to shop. Highly recommended.
The West Palm store is great, so I partially feel bad leaving this 1 star review. Unfortunately, dealing with customer service has been an absolute nightmare. Multiple problems… 1.Delivered to billing address, not shipping address. 2. Missing parts in our delivery 3. Re-shipped and still missing parts 4. Dealt with 6 different customer service representatives to get the right parts shipped over for a third time. 5. It's been 5 weeks and still no furniture delivery. The tracking info is last updated 3 wks ago and says Feb 24-Mar 10. I never thought I'd be waiting 6-8 for my patio sofa. Customer service was useless. Only provided me with the same tracking info I could see on the order confirmation and said if I don't receive it by 3/10, give them a call. Really????
