If I could give zero stars, I would. Nothing about the return policy is clear. You will be charged $ no matter how you return an item if you choose to return. They will not tell you until after purchase as it is based on the purchase price. Do not give your money to this company.
We gave them a delivery day for a king mattress since they told us they did not offer any service to deliver it inside our home or get rid of the old mattress they left it to us to organize that. we gave them a date and then they delivered it 10 days early when we had nothing arranged to help with that. It was a real pain to get that done on our own. It seems like a store selling mattresses should provide a service at a fee or whatever to bring it into your home and get rid of the old mattress. We had a very unfortunate experience and I would highly recommend you do not order from this store. At delivery today, we had to call the police because the delivery crew was very unprofessional and became confrontational about moving furniture. They refused to leave the premises until the police made them. Customer service did not show any support and said they would send a new crew out in 3-5 days. Having to call the police is serious and very aggravating!
