Had an amazing experience here! Andrea was such a wonderful, lovely person, and the manager was great too. After going to the Burbank West Elm where the customer service was horrible, I decided to give the Santa Monica West Elm a try, and I’m so glad I did. The experience was enjoyable. They made it stress-free and just made everything so easy. 😊
Definitely it was good experience. There is a public parking very close to store. Assistant Sonia helped us to order all the furniture fast. She paid an attention to order details. Thank you!
After spending 30k on furniture I had the WORSE customer service . Products got moldy after one month and they are very unapologetic about it . Stay away from this shop . I still didn’t see a refund months back .
