So I came into the store today on the fence, about an Expensive purchase. ,That my wife wants.... This stuff is way too expensive for a 1 year warranty and it's not that I even would be opposed to paying for a repair but they have no way to repair it.
Worst customer service 😒
I ordered a couch from them, waited 6 months for it to arrive. They delivered half the couch and let me know they lost the other half. When they scheduled the delivery I got rid of my existing couch as their website says they will hold all items until ready to deliver. Customer service and their contracted delivery service were awful. They offered to remake the couch and compensate me for my troubles but they couldn’t tell me how much the compensation would be until the couch was delivered. 😂😂 laughable attempt at high qua... read more
I love west elms furniture. That being said, they have the worst customer service on the planet. Their delivery guys drilled 2 big fat screws through the top of my new desk. The wrong screws. I’ve waited 25/30 mins on each phone call to them, 3 in total.. They never call me back, they never had a medic call me, for their delivery guys with no brains mistake. Then the delivery guy shows me his neck tattoos, asked me how much my artwork costs and then asked to ride a 4 wheeler that is in my garage! BLITHERING IDIOTS!. Was supp... read more
