My boyfriend and I purchased a couch 8 months ago and for no apparent reason one side of it started slowly sagging. We finally realized that the wood/metal holding the legs on broke! We contacted customer support and sent pictures. They never got back to us like promised so I had to call them again. They claimed “normal wear and tear” and wouldn’t fix, replace, or refund. This is supposed to be an “high end store” but is really a glorified drop shipper. Ordered a set of the Haven couches then they initial had delivery set a month out. Then about a week in I get an email saying that they won’t be delivered for 8 months, customer service is virtually non existent as they can’t help you with anything. They have no email communications and still use fax as an option.

So I came into the store today on the fence, about an Expensive purchase. That my wife wants.... Right away, We were, Greeted by a VERY Nice Associate Named COURTNEY... she said, how are you guys doing today? I said my lady loves this item & i'm not sure about it... She hit me with some Education & Knowledge, & I fell in Love...WOW!!! COURTNEY Is THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT I WOULD WANT REPRESENTING MY BUSINESS.... Yeah, I Realize how GORGEOUS our Purchase is... This stuff is way too expensive for a 1 year warranty and it's not that I even would be opposed to paying for a repair but they have no way to repair it.
