The worst west elm and staff. The stuffs are not even trying to help. It seems they are forced to work there
Big store with a lot of the items on display. Associates could be more proactive in offering to help. We had to find one to help us vs in other west elm locations I’ve been to
Terrible customer service. We asked a sales representative a price for something we were looking forward to buying and he lashed out at us.
Pretty store but terrible service. I dared ask a question about available shades of a product - the sales guy looked like he could not be bothered. Not a smile, not customer centric at all. You’re welcome for trying to give you my money 🤯
