Zero stars, the rudest staff we've ever experienced at any retailer, the staff members hate their job there. My wife entered the store with a William-Sonoma bag (after purchasing an item there) and a staff member there (with the Pride tag on their shirt) looked at her in an angry manner. She asked which section had kitchen rugs in the store and he answered "you can go to William-Sonoma" in a very sarcastic manner. Nice furniture but they make it so hard to buy. Tried to buy a lamp but they wouldn’t sell us the floor model and delivery is 6 weeks online.
5 stars go to Willie in Shipping and Receiving. He was the only friendly face who greeted me and my daughter. I wasn’t aware there was a second floor, and he proactively let us know and guided us to the elevators when he saw we had a stroller. I spent over an hour in the store, and not a single associate offered assistance. I had to look up everything on my phone. The two employees on the floor either avoided eye contact or seemed unwilling to engage, and they were unable to answer basic questions when I approached them. I u... read more
Terrible customer service. After six months of waiting, they canceled my order and spoke to me disrespectfully, as if returning my own money was some kind of favor.
Terrible post-sale support. They were supposed to deliver at 11m, messaged me at 2pm saying they would get here at 4!!! Called they customer support number, and the person just hang out on me!!! DONT BOTHER BUYING ANYTHING HERE, go SHOP somewhere else!
