I had an outstanding experience with the team at West Elm. I recently ordered both patio and living room furniture, and throughout the process the staff provided excellent customer service and communication. According to my order tracker, all of my furniture had arrived at the delivery center except for one item. I was concerned about coordinating the delivery, but the store manager went above and beyond by working directly with the delivery center to accommodate my request.
