Just received delivery of two area rugs. What a disappointment. You can get better quality at Target or Costco. Quality is beyond cheap, looks cheap and won't last a year. West Elm is for your dorm not your home. Paid for inside delivery $300 and refused to help move 2 small chairs and a coffee table and would not remove the old area rugs another scam on West Elm's part do it yourself or avoid this company all together. Incompetent customer service rep. Please do not promote financing options if you do not know how to process them. We ended up paying in full and leaving.
I recently stopped in at the Westfield Old Orchard location. Michaela (hope I got the spelling right) helped me pick out a really nice home scent. She was exceedingly polite, and very knowledgeable about the product line at WE. The next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be shopping with her again. Kudos to Michaela.

I tried using this interior design service, and honestly, it was a total waste of time. Instead of working with an actual interior designer, I got stuck with a sales associate whose main goal seemed to be upselling credit cards and financing options. They didn’t help me pick cohesive furniture pieces or figure out how to arrange them in my space—it was all about making a sale. Super unprofessional and completely useless.
