The staff here is amazing. I must have been approached by 3-4 people asking if I needed help. Then was assisted in dining furniture I needed (and required a fast delivery). Maria, the store manager I believe went above and beyond to make sure items were shipped as fast as possible. Thank you so much to the Paramus team!!!!

Always a pleasurable experience when I get a chance to pop in. Nothing tickled my fancy on this visit though. Oh well, maybe next time.
I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of basic professionalism at the West Elm in Paramus. I called ahead to have my order prepared for pickup to expedite the process, and the experience was a total disaster. The associate I spoke with—who I was led to believe was a manager on the floor named Yvonne—was dismissive and rude from the start. When I tried to provide my order number to ensure they had the correct item ready, she literally told me she "didn’t want it" and only wanted to know the name of the item. How do you run... read more
