Me and my boyfriend were looking for new bedding and Cameron was such a great help. She was super calm, kind, friendly and showed great knowledge of the products and made great recommendations. She made our experience so easy and fun. We came to the store confused as to what we wanted and left smiling because she was able to help us find the perfect bedding items to fit our needs. Bed purchase from a sales lady who LIED. Nobody greeted us. We had to flag someone down to help us, who was pretty short with us. I get that it’s a prime busy Saturday so we let it go. What we didn’t appreciate was when my husband said he wanted to look under the mattress to see how far it’ll sink into the bed frame, she said why would he wanna do that? just trust her that it’ll sink into the frame and that it’s a low bed. I’m so annoyed. The shipping fees mixed with returns. I actually ended up paying more than half for a product (bean bag), actually 1 1/2 times the product in shipping fees. Even on one of them I BROUGHT BACK TO STORE MYSELF. I think I may be done with William Sonoma company. Spent a good amount of money there with different furniture. What an unbelievable headache. I’m speaking of dealing with online ordering and CS. Not Paramus location.
