I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of basic professionalism at the West Elm in Paramus. I called ahead to have my order prepared for pickup to expedite the process, and the experience was a total disaster. The associate I spoke with—who I was led to believe was a manager on the floor named Yvonne—was dismissive and rude from the start. 30 freaking days to receive fabric samples in the mail?!? Can you imagine placing a furniture order here?! Expect it in 2027.
Had an amazing experience at West Elm, all thanks to Yari! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel effortless and really helped us narrow down the best options for our space. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and has a great sense of style.
