My wife and I have used West Elm for many past purchases. When we ordered a large sleeper-sofa, there had been an error that resulted in our receiving delivery of a sofa that did not include the features we expected. Not only did West Elm allow us to retain the incorrect sofa until the correct model could be sourced and delivered, they were eminently reasonable in not just expediting the fabrication of a custom item, but providing and appropriate full credit - all of which allowed us to receive and host the guests we expecte... read more
Buyers beware - they offer ‘custom furniture’ and have to wait 3 months for the furniture just to be provided a standard factory piece. Their customer service to handle these issues are non-existent and no care for resolving the issue. The store passes the issue off the corporate, and corporate does not follow-up. Overall horrible experience dealing with Evonne and the management crew at this store.
Linda is a gem! Came here just because I was near Paramus, but could have went to any location. I'm super happy I did. Someone introduced me to Linda, and she was just a joy to work with. It felt like talking to someone who just wanted the best for me, was 100% honest, and kept so real. I’m surprised by the reviews on this location. I walked in one random morning and was greeted by Tim who was so welcoming and warm. I told him what kind of couch I was looking for in my apartment and he was so patient with me and helped me order the perfect couch. He was not pushy which helped me really go through every option.
