Every single person I dealt with from the customer service reps to the delivery hub staff was rude and unhelpful. If I had known how awful West Elm’s customer service was, I would’ve never placed an order in the first place. They deceive customers when placing an order, giving false expectations, and then end up holding on to the furniture for a full 6 months even though the original estimated delivery was 2-3 months. Decent quality.. when the products are assembled correctly. I apologize to the store for the review, however the problem was with the team who delivered our cabinet and the lack of customer support after-the-fact. I have come in here a few times and it is the worst customer service in addition to the worst quality products. I walked in this morning, and a customer service representative was sitting on the sofa applying lip balm. I asked her where the serving trays and cheese boards were located and she told me to just look around the store which is very unhelpful, especially when I have a toddler in my arms.
