I thought with all the positive reviews that this would be a great place to take care of my child. It is not. They yell at children and make the children fear them. My child started showing signs of verbal abuse after just a few days here. They kept telling me it was normal for children to scream at drop off. That's not true. My son was born on the cusp of the pandemic, then we moved cross country (mid-pandemic) to Omaha for a job. We had no idea about any childcare, but needed to find something quick. I, ironically, first learned about West Dodge KinderCare, through a Google review (since I am a big review person) and then later got a confirmation from a coworker. We absolutely love this center! Everyone that works there is so friendly. I have had my son there since he was about 18 months and he has really excelled in his learning because of the awesome curriculum provided and the extra learning adventure programs they provide. I also appreciate how clean it always is and how informative they are about everything going on all the time.

We absolutely love West Dodge KinderCare! From the moment we walk in each morning, every teacher greets my son and daughter by name, even those who have never been their direct teacher. It’s such a welcoming and personal touch that makes drop-off so special. One of my favorite things is how frequently parents receive updates and pictures throughout the day. We love West Dodge Kindercare! The director Paige and assistant directors Sarah and Melissa are amazing. They give frequent updates about the center and any changes that are happening. We really appreciate the communication from them. The teachers are great! You can really tell that they love working with all the kiddos. They have a relationship with each of them! They use an app to keep you up to date on the day including pictures. We are very happy with the care they provide!
