Amazing customer service. We ran into some water damaged decking and framing. I called in a small lumber order, paid over the phone with a credit card, and the owner is personally delivering it to our job side a half mile away. Thank you SO much, will be a repeat customer any chance I get!
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this organization was frustrating from start to finish. The communication was poor — emails went unanswered for days, and when I finally got a response, it didn’t address my actual concern. The staff seemed unorganized and uninterested in helping. The service they promised was not delivered on time, and when I tried to follow up, I was passed from one person to another with no accountability.
