Product feels great on the skin! I bought a package with daily regimen, Eneo, and facials. I was supposed to a years worth of refills and once I was getting close the year they said there was a limit on refills how dare they when the give you bottles from the back as refills (used or opened product maybe?)and not a new bottle and wonder why I needed my full year of refills.
