Kylee is the best! After a year of chronic shoulder pain and years of lower back pain she put a plan together that gave me significant relief. I would highly recommend her. She listens to understand and cares deeply for her clients well-being.
I had been having hip pain for a year and a half and within just a couple of visits Dr. Kylee Lynch had me on the road to recovery. She was able to treat my pain and adjust my therapy to bring back relief and strength in that area. I should have gone to her sooner. Don’t hesitate to call and get back to your healthier self. I absolutely love working with Kylee! She is helping me work through my issues and has gotten me back on track with my workouts. She is not restricted by insurance requirements and can work on my body as a whole instead and for as long as we need to!
West Coast Wellness gets a FULL 5 stars from me. Dr. Kylee is the best, not only does she truly care about clients (personal check ups and follow ups) but she knows her stuff. I suffered from knee pain a couple of years ago and through 3-4 months of working with her (and of course being diligent OUTSIDE of the gym with home workouts she gave me) I went from being unable to being able to squat without pain to being able to rep out 300+ pounds.
