45 days after starting I have reached my goal weight. My medications have been reduced under doctors orders. My energy levels are so much better than before. I look great (which is important) but my body is in better shape to meet the challenges of turning 65. I decided I would not lose my mobility and independence prematurely and thanks to this program my weight, a life long struggle, is in the healthy range and I am ready to live a long, healthy retirement.
