Very similar experience to the last one star review. Paid 70$ cash for deep tissue massage. Was 55 mins not 60… also the masseuse took a several minute phone call while massaging me then left the room for 2-3 mins! The worst part is at the end they demanded 30% tip. My advice is take your business elsewhere , I won’t be coming back. Whoever the manager is please don’t bother responding with some lazy template.
Paid $70 (cash) for the 1hr deep tissue massage. Did not even reach 57 mins, went in & out during the massage & had the audacity to ask for more tip amount with this GARBAGE service. Should've given $0 tip. Will NEVER ever come back. Is it so difficult to be respectful, provide quality service and practice honesty? If you're thinking of coming here, I'd strongly advise you to reconsider.
Had the same experience as Al Bot. Massage was decent and she was in and out being interrupted and not focused. Never had a masseuse walk out as many times as she did. It was also extremely unprofessional, with an attitude, to ask for a bigger tip after I felt my experience was sub par. Definitely won’t be going back, unfortunately.
I have been getting massages for decades. I can say this establishment offers one of the best massages I have had. The masseuses here specialize in the "stepping" technique to loosen your knots and tight areas. The facility is clean and relaxing despite being in an aging strip mall. They are fairly busy so make sure to make an appointment.
