Very unprofessional. It took three months for my 15-year-old child to see a doctor and I was initially told on booking that the service would be bulk billed (as he is underage-he was 15 at the time of the appointment) only to be charged $80 for a three-minute consultation- fine- but it's nice to know your costs upfront. The doctor took photos of the ugly duckling on my son's head and said he couldn't tell until we followed up with a further appointment in three months.
