Poor communication and lack of respect for patients' time. I booked an appointment last week and arrived 10 minutes early. Upon check-in, I was informed the doctor was finishing a procedure and would be about 15 minutes late. However, after waiting over 30 minutes past my scheduled time—40 minutes total—there was still no update on when I would actually be seen. Fantastic service very helpful
The appointment is meant to be 15 mins but I felt rushed for something I have to get checked once a year and it’s not free. Would prefer to utilise the time paid for. Also receptionist could be a tad more inviting. I will find somewhere else for next years check up.
